I was asked to chair the District Councils Network's (DCN) Healthy Towns and Cities Network due to my housing and health work on Sevenoaks District Council. In this role I spoke as one of the panel members at the DCN conference in February 2018 about the critical role district councils can play in improving public health and keeping people well.
