As Deputy Chairman of the Conservative Disability Group (CDG) I lead meetings with speakers, help develop the skills of our members and mentor and support them to find voluntary and paid work. One fifth of people in the UK have a disability and they often face barriers into work. As an MP I would continue to work with the CDG and other disability charities to create as many opportunities for disabled people as possible. I passionately believe that everyone should have every chance to reach their full potential.
